The generation of diesel particulates is mainly caused by the uneven combustion of diesel engines. 3.1 Main indicators for evaluating traps: trap efficiency, trap pressure difference, trap pressure rise rate (back pressure rise rate), trap life, etc. 3.2 The trapping efficiency is mainly affected by grid density, porosity and average pore size. High trapping efficiency can make engine emissions meet the requirements of strict particulate emission standards. 3.3 The pressure difference of the trap directly affects the economy of the engine, which is mainly affected by the geometry of the grid, the properties of the wall and the volume of the trap.
